At Genesis, we value people as our most important asset, that’s why we proudly celebrate those who go the extra mile through our Employee of the Quarter programme.

Each quarter, team members nominate colleagues who exemplify dedication, innovation, and excellence. These are individuals who consistently exceed expectations, support their peers, and help uphold the high standards that define Genesis.

After reviewing nominations from across the company, our leadership team selects two winners, one representing the UK/Europe, and one from the US. It’s our way of saying thank you and shining a spotlight on those who make a real difference.
