Every quarter, colleagues nominate teammates who show outstanding dedication, innovation, and collaboration. These individuals consistently go the extra mile, support those around them, and reflect the values that are central to who we are.
From these submissions, our leadership team selects two standout winners—one from the UK/Europe and one from the US—spotlighting the remarkable contributions that help drive Genesis forward.
US Employee of the Quarter
Julissa Ricce

Julissa has become an invaluable part of the production team, bringing speed, accuracy, and high standards to the finishing room. Her dedication to quality and output has helped raise performance across the team, and she consistently goes above and beyond what would typically be expected in an operator role. With a positive attitude and strong work ethic, she leads by example every day.
She has also made a significant impact through her technical knowledge and support with inventory processes, including quarterly cycle counts, year-end inventory, and bacteria inventory. Her ability to work across production and administrative tasks, reconcile data, and help keep key stock on track has been a major asset to the wider team. Julissa’s attention to detail, initiative, and leadership make her extremely deserving of this recognition.
UK Employee of the Quarter
Lindsey Morham

Lindsey has made a highly visible impact this quarter through her leadership on key strategic projects and her consistently positive, collaborative approach. She successfully managed the planning and delivery of Interclean 2026, ensuring everything from design to logistics and supporting materials was executed to a high standard. She has also played an important role in refreshing our UK and US marketing collateral, helping to strengthen brand consistency and improve the quality of our customer-facing materials.
Alongside this, Lindsey has helped increase our digital marketing impact, with engagement performance improving across platforms and LinkedIn now outperforming industry benchmarks. She also continues to add value through initiatives like the weekly UK roundup, which has become an important internal communication tool.
